VideoWizard is a common video converter that was designed for beginners. Its lack of necessary settings and the great number of integrated tutorials stand as a proof. It’s quite disappointing that, despite the large variety of supported video formats, this program doesn't provide access to settings like: bit-rate, resolution, and many others. The only things that users are allowed to adjust are the audio volume and video quality (low, medium, high).
Another annoying thing about VideoWizard is the way in which the video formats are categorized. When you want to convert AVI to MP4 format, for example, you will need to choose a mobile multimedia device that is known to support MP4 format. The program doesn't offer a list of video formats from which users can select.
Its wizard-like interface will guide users through all the required steps of a conversion. The only thing I appreciated while testing the program was that it allowed me to add multiple video files to the conversion list. This is useful and time saving. Other than that, VideoWizard is strictly recommended to novice users with little computer knowledge.
